For those who do not know or understand what a self assessment is......it is simply a method used to look at yourself and see what strengths/weakness you got, what skills you have, look at your temperament etc. It is method used by a lot of professionals and companies that work with individuals in a whole range of industries and settings.
Is a self assessment useful to a job searcher???? Answer is simply YES!!!! No matter how well you know yourself we are always developing and changing, adding new skills or discovering new areas we need to work on.
